As a counselor and consultant I have spent the last 22 years helping people and groups to transform their relationships and their lives. I bring a depth of understanding of human communication and human behavior gained through years of training and experience in working to help others improve their lives and relationships. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, groups and organizations in a variety of settings. I lead seminars and workshops that teach people to dramatically improve the quality of their lives.

In my experience, gaining a profound, life-changing self awareness is not only possible, but it happens all the time. I teach a process where transforming the quality of your life and relationships happens through fundamentally changing the subjective reality in which you live and operate. In this process we examine your core fears and beliefs, perceptual filters, coping strategies, and patterns of conflict with others in your life. By understanding and releasing the limiting perceptions and fear-based thinking of your past, you will be empowered to take new actions that can transform the quality of your life. In this process, gaining self mastery over your fears and patterns of conflict creates breakthroughs for those who are ready to understand and release the limiting beliefs and paradigms of their past.
