My name is Colleen Blair Michel. I have been a nurse for 12 years, receiving my bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in 2011. I also have a bachelor's degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University. I completed my master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado in 2021 and joined Denver Family Therapy Center as their first onsite Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about people and animals alike and hope to one-day incorporate animal therapy into my practice. My practice will be patient centered with a focus on collaboration, mutual decision making and goal setting. I look forward to meeting you!
