The most important variables in a therapeutic relationship are trust and respect. Therapy should be a safe space that is designed to support without judgment or shame. I take measures to build rapport with each of my clients and get to know their unique story. No person has the same narrative, and therapy should be tailored to the individual experience. It is important for me to provide care that is personalized, and never a “one size fits all” approach.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in Colorado. I have been providing clinical therapy for over 12 years and in this time have helped clients manage various issues. I have experience supporting clients in matters of trauma, family conflict, parenting concerns, stress management, anger management, grief and loss, drug and alcohol disorders, mood disorders and emotion regulation for example. I strongly believe every individual can overcome hurdles with appropriate tools and support. I am warm, empathic, and I make therapy as positive and fun as possible. I look forward to supporting your journey towards becoming your best self.
